Kebaya4D Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kebaya4D. These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and Kebaya4D (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "our", or "us"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://kebaya4d.cam.

This Agreement governs your registration, access, and use of all services provided through the Kebaya4D platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, lottery, poker, and all related promotional activities and payment services.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Kebaya4D platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" The registered account created by a User on the Kebaya4D platform, used to access all services and conduct financial transactions.
• "Balance" The total monetary value held within a User's Account, comprising real funds deposited by the User, net winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by Kebaya4D to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Games" All gaming and wagering products available on the platform, including online slots, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets, lottery, poker, and bingo.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedure required before a User may withdraw funds, as mandated by anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance requirements.
• "Platform" The Kebaya4D website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications or services operated by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" The total amount a User must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "MYR / RM" Malaysian Ringgit — the default currency used for transactions on the Kebaya4D platform for Malaysian Users.

Access to and use of the Kebaya4D platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Kebaya4D strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable national law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Kebaya4D platform, nor have you been excluded through a self-exclusion programme that remains active.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of the Company or any affiliated gaming studio or software provider.
• You are acting voluntarily and are not under the influence of any coercion or undue influence when registering or placing wagers.

Each individual User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Kebaya4D platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 — Information Accuracy

At registration, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must correspond to your valid government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 — KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting the following documents:

• A clear photograph or certified scan of a valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• A selfie photograph of the User holding the identity document for liveness confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of ongoing compliance, fraud prevention, or enhanced due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within ten (10) business days may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions, wagers, and actions taken using your Account credentials are deemed to have been made by you, and you shall be solely liable for any losses or consequences arising from such actions, regardless of whether they were authorised by you.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify Kebaya4D Support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. The Company will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation, but shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

Kebaya4D accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable processing limits:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online Banking / FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, and all banks participating in the Financial Process Exchange (FPX) system
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT TRC20
• Cash: 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosks

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension. The Company reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the deposit section of your Account dashboard. Kebaya4D does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

6.1 — Currency

The platform's primary operating currency for Malaysian Users is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. The Company shall not be liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit initiation and confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the User's verified real-money balance, excluding any bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum single withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and Account tier.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours, subject to security and compliance checks.

The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days where a compliance review, fraud investigation, or identity verification is pending. Users will be notified of any such delay and the reasons therefor, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Kebaya4D offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

8.1 — General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement is stated as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are met will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where required to comply with regulatory obligations or to prevent abuse.

8.2 — Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and potential permanent ban from the platform.

All bets and wagers placed on the Kebaya4D platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (e.g., casino game rules, sportsbook settlement rules) are published separately within each respective game or market.

• A wager is only deemed accepted and valid once it has been confirmed by the platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the User.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication failure during the placement of a bet, the Company's records shall be the definitive reference for determining whether a wager was placed and accepted.
• Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, and UFC — are settled in accordance with official competition results as published by the relevant governing body. The Company's settlement decision is final.
• Any wager placed on a market after its official close time will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account.
• The Company reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable cause to believe that match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations have occurred.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without written authorisation from the Company;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Kebaya4D support staff or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation restrictions or access the platform from a jurisdiction where use is prohibited.

All content on the Kebaya4D platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, brand name, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, and written content — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kebaya4D shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data arising from use of the platform;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses of any kind;
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to a User's Account where the Company has not been notified;
• Any decision taken by a User to participate in gambling activities on the platform, including any financial loss resulting therefrom.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law.

Kebaya4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable session duration alerts to help Users monitor time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications reminding Users of time elapsed and net win/loss position during active sessions.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• A User has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A User is found to be under the age of 21 years;
• Account closure is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Kebaya4D Support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance review.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its primary operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in the Company's licencing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating specifically to account balance, transaction errors, or bet settlement, Users may submit a formal complaint via the Kebaya4D support portal. The Company will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

Kebaya4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Kebaya4D platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
